Sunday Set List: “No one else for me”
Tagged Under : church, Delirious, Hillsong, Hillsong United, John Mark McMillan, loops, Merchand Band, worship
This last week we added more chairs to our sanctuary which I think maxed out our capacity in this sanctuary. Unless we start knocking down walls, which has been discussed. The service was packed out again, we had 230 in the building and it seemed like more. We had more people give their life to Christ this week, in fact the guy who gave his life to Christ last week brought up one of the people who gave their life this week. That was awesome to see, he didn’t even know the guy, just saw him weeping, went and grabbed him and brought him up for prayer. Love that kind of stuff.
It was a really powerful service, we sung None But Jesus last and the first line of the chorus really grabbed hold, “There is no one else for me, none but Jesus.” That truth just sank in my heart and a lof of people in the sanctuary, it was an intense time. I am really encouraged with the growth of our congregation, people getting saved each week, growing in our discipleship groups. It’s just a very humbling and exciting thing to be a part of.
Here was our worship set this week:
- You Love Me Forever – Merchant Band (loop used, not yet available)
- I Am A Temple – John Mark McMillan
- My Soul Sings – Delirious (loop available)
- Where We Belong – Hillsong (loop available)
- None But Jesus – Hillsong United (loop used, not yet available)
This post is part of Fred McKinnon’s Set List Sundays.
