We don&#039;t have anything like that so much, but I do have a group that meets quarterly to evaluate/review our music, presence, methods, etc.  It&#039;s scary getting that vulnerable, but necessary. </description>

		<description>It seems like this is a great process that could also benefit with an open question at the end or an area to add anything that is on their mind. Anything else you would like to add, any questions that you think would be relevant on this questionnaire? Something that would open up the dialogue for those meetings. I guess that can also be accomplished in the one on one meetings but might give you more of a heads up. This is impressive though, well done Campos  </description>
