kyle,
great post! I know sometimes it is easier to write why I do not love being a worship leader then it is why I love it. I will tell you this I am honored to be led by you in our worship service. I know that you put so much prayer, time, and thought into your craft. I am so thankful for you and I pray that the goods will always out weigh the bads! Thank you for your service in this house!!!

Amen, coming from a rock band background, I always need to keep myself in check, that it is not about me. I have gotten better at it over the years but still try to be aware. Especially when people tell you "good job". I appreciate the encouragement but want to always be sure the focus is where it should be, on Him! And that is when in the confines of the church building and even more so outside.
