If you’ve seen Ryan Adams play live during the Cardinology tour you’ve noticed the giant cartoonish looking Fender amp he’s playing with. I couldn’t tell if it was a joke or if that was a real amp, I’d never seen any Fender amp that big. Thanks to some new pictures of it and a little help from the Cardinology blog it turns out he’s playing 4 Fender Princeton amps inside of a custom (fake) Fender case. This is awesome on a Spinal Tap scale, such grand overkill I love it.

That is really funny, ! I love how his legs are just dangling, he looks like Gallagher on that enormous couch and I keep waiting for him to start smashing watermelons with a oversized mallet. (Gallagher doesn’t seem so funny anymore but when I was a kid My Dad and I loved him
)
those shoes look like my new wing tips.
Thats awesome!
Haha, classic!
They look natural on the photo and with the big amp, they will certainly produce a good and loud sound which will really rock the crowd and the visitors who will be joining their event.
