		<description>Well, I finally got around to watching it and it was a great blessing for me, not only as a worship leader but as a worshiper. There was a lot of stuff to digest within that hour and it&#039;s all mixing together in my head right now. I think I&#039;m going to have to watch it a few more times to get the most out of it.

Bob Kauflin is an excellent example of how God can recreate fallen and broken men and give them new hearts that have grown and seek nothing more than the glorification of our Lord and Savior. I like the quote you quoted:

“I’m not called to lead a worship experience; I’m called to build a worshiping community.”

If only every worship leader could take that to heart.</description>
